I believe we should be wary of unrestrained AI and focus on how to recognize and handle any maleficent particularities that may arise and be harmful to human life at the individual level. The unforeseen problems that may arise do not belong to the land of the unknown. There are hints of the unforeseen that exist today, and all the way back to a beginning.
As a Luddite who doesn't know much about AI, I shouldn't be taken seriously. As The Architect, I should. Or perhaps both sides evenly? Maybe a bit to the left of median? Or a bit to the right of median - assuming the divine spark.
"When my prince had fallen, the spirit of the depths opened my vision and let me become aware of the birth of the new God.
The divine child approached me out of the terrible ambiguity., the hateful-beautiful, the evil-good, the laughable-serious, the sick-healthy, the inhuman-human and the ungodly-godly.
I undertsood that the God whom we seek in the absolute was not to be found in absolute beauty, goodeness, seriousness, elevation, humanity or even in godliness. Once the God was there.
I understood that the new God would be in the relative."
